American Red Cross Senior Service to the Armed Forces & International Service (SAF/IS) Specialist, CA Gold Country Region.


  • Manages emergency communication & critical community services casework program. Ensuring emergency message delivery to service members & Financial assistance across region.
  • Oversees administrative onboarding, training & engagement of 60 volunteers. Ensured hour entry, event support, training delivery and recognition for SAF team.
  • Led Beale AFB relationship. Established Resiliency program and Key Spouse support, conducted resiliency events for deployed service members & their families.
  • Utilized Excel, Powerpoint, Word and PDF to establish new onboarding, training & operational procedure cycle for department volunteers.
