• Monitor inventory, propose ordering requests, purchases and payments: spare parts,accessories, etc. from general agents
• Import - export data on spare parts, accessories, paint, etc.
• Receive spare parts and supplies into the warehouse.
• Check and compare goods according to the receipt with reality (detecting correctness,
incorrectness, excess, deficiency, damage, etc.).
• Arrange and transport received goods to the correct location on the software, with location
labels and goods labels.
• Responsible for inventory management and reporting to department heads when loss or damage
occurs
• Create forms related to management of warehouse and painting supplies
• Coordinate with accounting department to periodically inventory
• Ensure fire prevention and fighting and implement 5S work
