  • Start the projects from the beginning to finishing Construction
  • Reach out to the G.C., Architect and Engineer of Record to request the most current drawings to start CFS/Structural Steel shop drawings
  • Attend required meetings and participate in committees as requested by the General Contractor
  • Follow up with all consultants to keep the shop drawings up-to-date until finalize for Tender, Permit, Production and Construction drawings
  • Coordinate with the Mechanical and Concrete Contractors (Coreslab/Stubbe’s Precast) to avoid discrepancies before and during Construction
  • Export CNC for all CFS wall panels in the projects (AMS CNC Machine), assist the Shop during assembly progress
  • Site visit (if time permit) with the in-house engineers for inspection
  • Prepare the Site Instructions for approval before sending to the construction site
  • Programs: AutoCAD with HSB and Revit with MWF for CNC output
