Having worked several years in industries where customer service is of utmost importance, I have gained a significant amount of experience working in under pressure situations with customers while meeting and exceeding targeted goals. In addition to my experience working for a diverse range of businesses, I have extensive experience running my own business as a freelance photographer where meeting very specific demands of clients under strict time constraints. Prior to managing my own business, I have years of experience working in luxury retail sales at locations such as Banana Republic, Sandro/Maje, and Reiss. Since entering the automotive industry, my passion and previous experience with cars and their owners from my photography clientele have translated into superb customer satisfaction as well as building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. During my time at Porsche, I have been able to increase my knowledge of the vehicles that get sold and worked on here while elevating my own standards to match and exceed the standards that Porsche sets for themselves and of the entire auto industry. Time management, working under pressure, efficiency, creativity, vision, and customer service are all skills that I pride myself on having.
