  • My duties included greeting customers and helping them with any of their product needs which include special ordering items, calling other stores to see if they had a specific item in stock, and keeping in touch with the customer if the product was a special order item.
  • I also set up assembly on products and when they will be delivered to their house.
  • I have also trained other people within the department on how to use the store system when invoicing and finding product.
  • I was also in charge of cycle counts and mark down reports.
  • At certain times of the year I also did about 4 overnights to reset the bays to the seasonal planogram so that the proper product was in the correct location.
