  • Coordinated weekly meetings with suppliers, clients and team coordinators from project start-ups, progress meetings to closing meetings.
  • Managed a portfolio with $30M in contracts. The life cycle of these projects were anywhere from 3-5 yrs and they ranged from 10-40 elevators.
  • Accountable for variation, scope management and claims. Created a project plan responsible for the project’s financial result and triggered invoices and collection processes on time.
  • Applied administrative activities of the project including project reports. Controlled the material and inventory and took care of the field claim analyses
  • Implemented change management skills within the organization
