From October 2021 to August 2022 worked from sales associate to assistant store manager. August 2022 Relocated stores to become store manager. Primary focus on meeting and surpassing store sale goals, handling customer situations, quick problem solving, training, delegating, merchandising, and assisting with store scheduling.

Assisting customers with any questions, concerns, or complaints, scanning customers through at checkout in a timely manner, training new front-end staff, and working at the Canada Post outlet.

Worked through multiple roles where responsibilities ranged from greeting guests upon first arrival, answering and making phone calls, assisting servers, training hosts, and serving tables.

Started as a sales associate, transitioned to an apprentice. Worked as an apprentice in the kitchen, producing custom cakes, artisan chocolates, baked goods, and helping to create new products.
