Operated 2 machines that dictated the pace of production. Had to trouble shoot and fix machines when they broke down. Constantly changed settings for each product we ran.
Lead a crew of up to 15 crew members. Every morning had a safety meeting with the crew and dealt with any safety concerns if there ever were any. Switched positions of the crew every 2.5 hours to maximize production line efficiency.
Conducted hourly qc checks and was head of qc. filled out quality sheets during every hourly qc check.

Was the first aid attendant on site (level 1 first aid) and dealt with all injuries or accidents.

Each product had a code that was printed onto it using the coder/inkjet. The proper code had to be entered each time and the sensor had to be switch to the appropriate angle/height to print the code properly. The code was checked during qc checks and it was cleaned daily.
