Within our fulfillment division of Vendasta lies our Client Engagement team whose sole purpose is to provide daily support through communication to our largest partners and their clients regarding their digital presence. My role is to nurture and grow our highest-paying partners within this division.

  • Oversees a department of 79 individual contributors with twelve direct reporting managers both local and internationally to provide Marketing Coordinator services to small to medium sized businesses.
  • Implements and continuously improves communications process, efficiencies, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Leads the teams that engage partners and local businesses in regards to their digital marketing strategies and online presence.
  • Manages the hiring, coaching, and continued development of team members.

Within our Marketing Services department, lies our fulfillment teams for each product suite. My role as the Fulfillment Manager for our Listings product suite was focused on the management, growth, and training of the Listings team, along with churn mitigation, expansion, and growth in revenue for our partners.

  • Delivered Listing fulfillment services within given Service Level Expectations to help our partners customers reach their digital marketing goals, while teaching my team to do the same.
