My resume will reflect that I have extensive experience in Pharmacy Management, Customer Service, Operations Management and Staff Coordination. I have experience in the development of policies and procedures as well as the maintenance and the advancement of training of new staff and volunteers through various forms utilizing both internal and external processes. I recently moved to Alberta as a Permanent Resident. I got the permanent residency status through the Express Entry Program run by the government of Canada in 2022. In the past ten years, I have gained vast experience working as a Pharmacist in different settings. Initially, I worked in a government hospital as an intern. After completing my internship year I worked in retail pharmacies in Namibia then I moved to Zimbabwe where I worked in a private hospital pharmacy. My responsibilities include dispensing of medications to patients, procuring medications and devices, patient support which involves advising on medication uses and counseling. I also played a huge role in training new employees as well as supervising my workmates. I have also taken part in performance evaluation of other employees that I worked with. I have also been involved in various charity programs in Zimbabwe whereby we give support to persons affected by gender-based violence, orphans, the homeless and the needy in society.  I am a dedicated and results-driven professional with more than a decade of experience where my organizational, problem solving, and communication skills have been maximized. I am originally from Zimbabwe but have worked out of my country for eight years.
