•Monitored patient’s vital signs and report adverse reaction to medication within 24 hours
•Educated patients and families on surgical procedures and post surgery care , following-up with families on outstanding questions.
•Maintain and update patients files , medical charts and electronic records with 100% compliance to HIPPA.
