• Provide administrative support to the Prince George Claims Department and teams under the Client Services Manager, including team members in Trauma, Adjudication Services, Vocational Rehabilitation and Return to Work Specialists.
• Respond to incoming mail as required or within the direction of the manager.

• Deliver monthly staff meetings and enter them into the Safety Administration Database.
• Maintain fleet vehicle records and schedule maintenance as required.
• Provide leadership, direction, and organization to the Student Life & Housing department staff.
