• Plan, coordinate, and monitor operational logistics for the organization.
• Set work schedules and procedures, address work-related issues.
• Compile, and submit progress and other reports.
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Ensure that computer systems, machinery, and equipment run smoothly; organize for maintenance and repair work.
• Maintain computer and manual records of mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses, and generate reports.
