Responsible for all foreign hiring within Canada and outside of Canada. I handled all interviews, paperwork, submitted all Immigration applications and did onboarding once the employee arrived in Nova Scotia-registering for SIN-MSI and opening bank accounts.



I used all our Immigration Streams for AIP-NSNP and IMP Francophone Mobility. I did all applications for each owner, setting up their Designation for AIP plus all the online AIP training courses. I remain current for all AIP required raining sessions. I averaged 100-125 applications per year within my group of 47 locations.


I work with ISANS as our main resettlement providers and also attend all their ongoing work shops
