• Ensuring quality of products is maintained to highest level by performing regular temperature and visual checks of food items and food storage areas
• Providing details of any unresolved issues, maintenance work, stock shortages, upcoming promotions, new product launch, targets achieved and opportunities to fellow supervisors and store manager
• Maintaining inventory by ordering stock, doing daily stock count, recording daily wastage, generating stock variance reports and following up on unusual loss of inventory
• Ensuring that staff follows clean as you go strategy and adheres to McDonald's cleaning and sanitization policies
• Reporting any equipment maintenance or repair issue to relevant company
• Scheduling tasks and monitoring performance of staff in production and service areas
• Achieving labour cost targets by managing start and finish time of staff
• Assigning targets to staff in order to increase profitability and reduce wastage
• Ensuring that staff follows policies and procedures by keep up with McDonald standards of food production by providing them ongoing training and support

• Food preparation: Preparing ingredients for food items by cutting portions and assembling dress bench
• Equipment knowledge: Preparing food and beverage using equipments like fryers, grills, beverage dispensers and coffee machines
• Stock: Maintaining stock levels in to ensure adequate products are available for preparing food items.

· Interview young people to identify problems and act as advocates (representatives) for them, raising these issues with relevant government authorities

· Advocate for young people who have grievance with government departments or other organizations

· Assist with developing policies relating to young people

· Provide support and advice to young people experiencing difficulties, such as family problems, unemployment, illness, drug abuse and homelessness

· Arrange and provide counseling, food, shelter or clothing

· Assess risks and provide intensive short-term crisis counseling for victims of domestic violence or child abuse

· Arrange for referral of clients to appropriate specialists or community agencies

· Provide information about community services and resources available for young people

· Plan, conduct and evaluate program's for young people in areas such as employment and training, education, self-development, accommodation, welfare and counseling

· Plan and organize activities such as sports, handicrafts, dancing, drama, hiking, bushwalking and holiday camps

· Establish and supervise youth clubs and small neighborhood support groups in local community
