Central point of contact for any patient, family or support people requiring assistance through the health system. Managed kitchen staff, planned and implemented menus, supervised meal production, portion control, and provided support for carbohydrate counting. Supervised and evaluated dietetic interns.

Developed and delivered course specific curriculum with a focus on the principles of adult education. Evaluated and accommodated a variety of methodology to ensure students learning needs were met. Performed fair, evidence based evaluation and constructive feedback.
