• Drive new business development in the personal and commercial insurance sectors through proactive cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach to potential clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively delegate tasks and streamline sales processes.
• Manage sales pipeline and track key performance metrics to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

• I helped grow the company before it’s sale in 2023. Various responsibilities included, marketing, phone sales and estimates and Operations Management.

• I am an assistant for a Top 1% Canada wide agent. Various responsibilities include follow up with clients, customer care, in person showings, rapport building, paperwork and contact knowledge and event planning with execution.
