- Arrive at the arena 20 minutes before the beginning of each shift to introduce myself to referees and coaches/managers and ensure game clock is working efficiently.
- Manage the game clock during games. Accurately keep track of goals, assists and penalties in in app/electronic game sheet.
- Interact with players, bench staff and referees during and after games to manage behaviours/difficult situations and respond to issues and needs that arise.
