- Security - I’ve currently been employed and working at Community Medical Center’s Security department for over 14 years. Our department consists of over 150 security officers and over 40 dispatcher s. It has a fully functioning dispatch center equipped with hundreds of monitors for surveillance monitoring of several different campuses. This includes its own 911 system for our campus. The CRMC Security Department serves to protect patients and employees of Fresno community and all surrounding buildings.
- Dispatcher - knows how to manage several officer by use of two-way radio as well as utilize dashboard.
- Team lead - I currently oversee a dispatch crew of 6 and ambassador crew of 4. Ensuring proper communication and work duties. I also attend weekly team lead meetings. All complaints and disciplinary action goes through me on my shift.
- Surveillance- Usage of over 100 surveillance cameras all over campus to ensure safety of officers.
- Schedule- I create and manage the dispatch schedule for the team to ensure proper and balanced rotation.
- Property Room - All found and confiscated property is placed in the property room. I’m in charge of all the incoming and purging property along with keeping up the records.
- Filing - I’m in charge of filing all dispatch documentation
- Customer service/ Phone - Our dispatch department is also the communication center at our facility. Hundreds of calls are received and processed daily. Providing great customer service with professionalism is a must when dealing with patients, emotional family members and employees.
