In addition to brick & mortar sales for Hudson's Bay, I was the co-lead in the launch of Marketplace. I worked collaboratively with internal teams such as IT development, UA testing, product copy, e-commerce, and finance to effectively launch in 8 months. I managed the daily operations, sales reporting and marketing of the platform.
The role involved collaborating with sales and operations to ensure smooth integration between sales and aftersales teams.
