Order Picker-Pick customer orders as per business needs, includes using a scanner to find the order details, scan the merchandise and pick them to send it for packing
- Manage pick ticket orders
- Ensure warehouse goals are met
- Auditor- Conduct Inventory Control for any damaged, lost items
- Customer Returns- Monitor the returned items by the customers, checking for the accuracy of the order, type of return and processing it for further process
- Trainer- Educating new hires on company policies, familiarize them to the building
- Train the new associates to pick customer shipments, provide feedbacks
- Cross train associates from other departments
- Coach on maintaining high level of health and safety standards.
