• Additionally, a peer advisor will be established to assist the Intern in being successful with navigating organization, political, and cultural landscapes
• A project designed to improve a defined process within the Information Technology function will be assigned to each Intern to plan and execute during the internship
• A wrap-up presentation will be prepared by the Interns to be shared with the Chief Information Officer and other key leaders in the company to outline their accomplishments and experience during the internship
• Participate into the day to day IT support for the Prime service business activity
• Learn ITIL processes and leverage on it to help improving the day to day activity of the Support team members
• Capture requirements, build, test and deploy to address reporting requirement of the Support team activity tracking, through the IT tracking system (ServiceNow)
• Involve into the Support procedure documentation improvement
• The candidate should have first exposure on a Windows environment and SQL

• Strong understanding and knowledge of Linux, Automation Tools (Chef or Puppet), AWS Services (EC2, Network, ELB, S3/EBS, ) or similar Public Cloud platform, and scripting languages (Ruby, Perl or other) is a must
• Enable the partner and technical teams to sell and implement AWS services and solutions
• Help startup customers architect scalable, highly available application solutions that leverage AWS services
• Collaborating with key stakeholders around documentation and processes regarding recurring issues new service updates
• Responsible for managing the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles into the design and development of software and IT processes for the team
• Communicate with hiring teams to determine and anticipate staffing needs and changes
• Use recruiting data to influence and push recruiting best practices
• Identify, Source and Interview industry leading talent
• Solve technical issues and work directly with AWS engineers to ensure that customer issues are resolved as expediently as possible
• Help Enterprise customers define IT and business processes that work well with cloud deployments
