Sales: Timely disbursement of claims to the retailers to boost sales in terms of both activation and recharge
Maintain the distributor & manage team productivity. Oversee recruitment, sales product training, induction and target setting for distributors, FOs and retailers
Develop & implement strategies and contests to drive business to achieve the set targets.
Ensuring desired level of manpower productivity in the territory
Merchandising activities: Ensuring the visibility of the brand in my territory
Conducting product-training programs and retailers meet for their motivation
Marketing & product development:
Piloting new products & feedback for the improvement.
Operations & customer service:

Maintaining daily/monthly MIS for the territory.
Solving retailers queries regarding their claims and settlements
Follow up for channel partners claims and their settlements
