• Collaboration with the project manager and technical team to develop project plans, timelines, and schedules and prepare project quotes and estimations for customers
• Assist in assigning and managing resources, including human resources, equipment and materials
• Setup project scope and detailed tasks in Microsoft Project Software based on tasks priorities and publish progress reports, updating senior leadership and stakeholders on overall project development
• Monitor and control the project schedule, identifying delays and proposing corrective actions
• Manage and maintain calenders, schedule appointments, meetings and project deadlines efficiency to optimize team productivity
• Collaboration with technical team to ensure that project work complies with quality standards and requirements
