• Visit with a 99 year old woman in her nursing home 2 times per week for companionship and personal assistance

• Occasional outings in my car with wheelchair in tow, physical assistance while out

• Visits include chores, errands, grooming, personal shopping, games, crafts, walks, book discussions, communication with family members

• Perform custom, complex alterations and repair to bridal, formal and daily wear for women, men and children, including those with special needs

• Provide fittings for customers by pinning revisions required on garments for optimal fit and function as requested by clients

• Consult with clients on accessories and under garments

• Greet and serve customers by answering calls, setting appointments, preparing garments for fitting, ironing and packaging completed garments, conducting contract and payment transactions

• Maintain sewing and steaming equipment

• Clean showroom and work areas daily

• Keyholder position, open and close the shop, the till and the alarm system

• Foster relationships with clients, suppliers and team members

• Draft proposals, estimates and contracts for new projects

• Develop interior design concepts, space plans and presentations

• Prepare budgets and schedules for project management

• Prepare CAD drawings for construction and installation

• Work with skilled trades to develop construction solutions

• Provide graphic design and marketing solutions for commercial clients and for

Helena Ventrella Design, including social media, logos, signage, stationery, advertising and invitations

• Conceptualize advertising campaigns for local and international companies

• Establish loyalty with clients, determine their annual requirements

• Produce innovative and memorable annual reports, advertisements, brochures and graphics for websites, manage project budgets
