• Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
  Vacuuming carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture.
  Cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  Cleaning and disinfecting elevators.
  Picking up debris and emptying trash containers.
  Washing windows, walls, and ceilings.
  

Common Area Maintenance:

Cleaning building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas.
Assisting with snow removal and touch-up painting as required.

• Vacant Suite Preparation
• Cleaning vacant suites and completing suite touch-ups to prepare them for new residents.
  
• Inventory and Equipment Management
• Ensuring proper and accurate inventory management.
  Ensuring all equipment is working and being maintained properly.
  

• Cleaning Guestrooms: Thoroughly clean assigned rooms to the hotel's standards
• Personalizing Guest Experience: Add special touches to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Protecting Privacy: Respect guest privacy and handle belongings with care.
• Following Procedures: Adhere to departmental policies and service standards
• Stocking Linen Closets: Ensure linen closets are clean and stocked at shift's end.
• Reporting Maintenance Issues: Notify the team of any room defects.
• Upholding Safety Standards: Comply with all safety and sanitation policies.
