· Collaborate with site safety team, RME team, and various vendor team to ensure safe, smooth and efficient operations in the station. Build reliable relationships with various stakeholders in upstream and downstream operations within Amazon’s vast supply chain.

Process launches:
v Successfully launched Auto-Divert to Aisle (ADTA) automation process at DON8/DON9 and achieved 98% quality within one week of the launch.
v Successfully launched SSD1 and SSD2 cycles at DON8.
· Acting as a first point of contact for security officers, property management, retail and office tenants, and third parties.
· Log radio conversations and provide incident timeline for all the incident reports.
