  • Identifying the adjustments required to the marketing strategy, target market, digital marketing and advertising efforts.
  • Scheduling virtual meetings with the client as well as with my team to ensure everyone is harmonious and effective teamwork was established.
  • Conducting a primary market research survey to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Developing a strategic digital marketing and advertising plan to implement throughout their various social media platforms to increase growth, engagement and reach.
  • Creating new Google AdWords to achieve more website interaction.
  • Evaluating the financial aspects of the company as well as the potential product development, implementation of new advertising and digital marketing plans.
