• Created an entirely new reporting system in the electronic medical record, EPIC, specific to congenital cardiology for transthoracic, transesophageal, and fetal echocardiography that resulted in meeting requirements for IAC accreditation and ensuring consistent and accurate reporting as confirmed by routine QI
