  • Develop and implement quantitative risk assessment (QRA) methodologies to evaluate fire and explosion risks associated with hydrogen pipeline leaks and energy facilities.
  • Perform computational fire and dispersion modelling using tools such as Fire Dynamics Simulator and hydrogen risk analysis frameworks like HyRAM+.
  • Design and execute experimental studies on hydrogen jet flames and gas releases, including instrumentation setup with thermocouples, heat flux sensors, and gas flow control systems.
  • Develop predictive models for radiative heat transfer and flame behaviour in hydrogen-rich fires to improve hazard distance estimation and safety guidelines.
