- Continue to develop the residential service to ensure it meets future needs and funding requirements.
- Plan and deliver residential staff training according company’s methods and legislative requirements. - Ensure Residential Facilities meet all legislative requirements, are safe, well-kept and inviting.
- Review and approve the completion, coordination and submission of clients’ requests.
- Manage the residential budget including regular reporting and implementing and maintaining cost control across the whole Residential Service.
- Provide “On Call” service to residential staff as needed.
- HR related matters: hiring, training, scheduling, quality assurance, firing.
- Making sure staff' adherence to company standards: attitude, attendance, productivity, quality.
