I have been an educator for 35+ years. I recently retired from HRCE, but quickly discovered that I was not quite ready to leave the teaching profession, so I went back to work as a substitute teacher.

Having always been employed in the public school system, I recognize that there are practices and curriculum outcomes that do not align with my personal spiritual beliefs, and it has become progressively more difficult to remain as a teacher within this environment.

I would love to have the opportunity to work in a Christian school where I can freely express my Christian faith, and not be forced to comply with ideologies that go against my beliefs.
