• Manage and close Safety Management Systems (SMS) reports;
• Provide solutions and recommendations on irregularities in operations, safety concerns and safety procedures;
• Perform audits in crew rooms, aircraft, and gate areas;
• Post information to ensure compliance with company's health and safety protocols

• Complete online reports following inflight irregularities and or emergency;
• Liaise with the flight deck, gate agents, ground crew and catering to ensure efficient operations of daily flights;
• Pass yearly recurrent training, exams, drills, first aid, firefighting, and dangerous goods exam;
• Provide highest quality service to business class in an attentive, professional, and approachable manner;
• Assisting passengers with all travel inquiries;
• Hold restricted area identification card (RAIC) through security checks
