• Operated welding tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
• Assisted in preparing materials for welding projects, ensuring readiness for production.
• Learned to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate assembly.
• Use mig welders to repair parts when required.
• Operate previously set up welding machines, and robots such as spot welders to fabricate metal parts.
• Report all unsafe conditions to GL or Management Representative immediately.

Assist in the execution of construction, maintenance, or winter work projects as directed by the Crew Leader.
* Promote positive relations with fellow employees, clients, subtrades, and suppliers through regular interaction.
* Operate various tools and equipment including chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.
* Attend training and certification workshops as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Contribute to the construction of walkways, patios, sidewalks, curbs, etc., ensuring precision and quality.
* Aid in excavation, grading, forming, placing, and finishing tasks to support project completion.
* Assist in landscape construction projects as needed, including the installation of lawns, garden beds, walkways, retaining walls, driveways, decks, etc.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations for commercial and residential projects.
* Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, job sites, and shop/yard areas.
