Project: Visa Re-Engineering
As part of this project, the performance and architectural design of the Visa system were analyzed. Analysis reports were shared with clients. The process to change the base rule engine and optimize the process was documented.

Project: The project involved maintenance and enhancements to American Express rewards Connect system. The varied functions related to Reward points are Enrolments (New account acquisition), Maintenance (Demographics changes, Credit limit increase, product transfers etc.), Billings (Transaction posting and statement generation) and Status change (like cancelation, inactive, lost or stolen) of the Card members.
