As a Tesla dispatcher, I was responsible for coordinating and managing people, as well as various aspects of Tesla's operations, from delivering vehicles to managing maintenance requests to be assigned and completed. I was responsible for about 20 team members during 12-hour shifts, dispatching members to repairs while keeping track of all tasks started and completed. I coordinated breaks and lunch breaks throughout each shift. As a technician, I was responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting equipment, machinery, and building systems to ensure optimal performance and safety in the workplace.
