• Leading strategic planning, design and delivery of key priorities to advance our Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) and Mental Health strategy in alignment with our strategic objectives and goals

• Led the design and execution of the firm's I&D strategy as the first ID&E leader at KPMG.

• Introduction of national employee network groups supporting Gender, LGBTQ+, Disability and Multi-generational inclusion.

Social inclusion initiative

• Designed and led a national campaign touching 800 students on breaking gender stereotypes as part of International Women’s Day celebrations.

• Develop and manage implementation of a consistent India wide D&I strategy and operational plan.
• Setup India wide Employee Resource Groups .
• Build and maintain external partnering relationships to advance the Diversity and Inclusion agenda.
• Be an advisor to senior leadership and business in matters of diversity and Inclusion such that the organisation is positioned as inclusive and employer of choice.
• Worked as part of the Global D&I team on Barclays wide campaigns and awards.

• Led firm wide events and Rewards & Recognitions programme for Barclays Shared Services.

• Led technical training for Project Pyramid, worked closely with the Government of Egypt in Cairo.
