In this role, I focus on Salesforce Wealth Management solutions, specifically catering to high-value clients by gathering detailed requirements from financial advisors. Leveraging Salesforce technologies such as Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Financial Services Cloud (FSC), I design and develop fully customized solutions that optimize client interactions and advisor workflows.

I lead a dedicated technical team, ensuring smooth implementation and system integration while guiding the overall solution architecture. My responsibilities include designing scalable solutions, maximizing the use of core Salesforce features, and continuously innovating to meet the evolving needs of clients and the organization

Sumit is working for a public sector and enabling automation of their current inspection system. Using Omni-studio( Salesforce Vlocity) for the implementation.

• Solution out user stories and enabling Omni-Studio to fulfil client requirements with minimum defect percentage.
• Working closely with the client team to get the requirements and implement the solution using apex and Vlocity.
• Managing a team of 4 in public sector projects.
• Involved in setting up CI/CD for code base using gitlab repo and pipeline.
• Started working on various latest products from Salesforce like Loyalty Management and Data cloud.

Sumit worked as a core team member of the sales(D2Q) team and helped VMware upscale the sales by building a custom CPQ in-house along with a team of 10.

• Build the SaaS configurator on the lightning platform and enabled different capabilities like configurable rule engine and cascading.
• Configurable product search capabilities, VMWare being a big giant design was built in such a way so that it is robust and stay for the next 20+years.
