Summary

I aim to apply and enhance my nursing practice—developed both theoretically and practically through my current program—as a clinical extern within Women's College Hospital's diverse interdisciplinary team. During my clinical placements, I have developed strong competencies in critical thinking, teamwork, activities of daily living (ADLs), comprehensive assessments, and vital sign monitoring. These skills, focused on providing safe, equitable, and high-quality care, will make me a valuable addition to the WCH team.
