As a planner and scheduler who believes that operations research methods, in the field of planning and scheduling, are greater important for providing stakeholders and decision-makers with a clear understanding by formulating, optimizing, and applying planning modeling, short and medium-term plans and analytics operational models results, that will achieve everyone's goals within their organization's operational strategy plans.
- Taught courses teaching assistant (TA) about optimization planning and scheduling models, which contributed to increasing my abilities and skills in time management, communication, and discussion.
- I contributed to the publication of some research with the participation of faculty members, that related to the optimization of planning, scheduling projects and data analysis.
- I collaborated with our industrial partner at Red Lake Gold Mines owned by Newmont Goldcorp Inc. (case study). At this mine, we identified three major operational problems that needed innovative operations research models and solved them.
- Lead a group that created and developed the curriculum to promote a scholarly, research-driven approach to student learning, especially that related to the project management field.
- Taught several courses, e.g., project planning management, contract management, marketing management, and information management systems.
- Supervised undergraduate student projects.
- Contributed to vision and decision-making for some visibility investment projects in Misurata University, which related to course outline, curriculum, and project viability.
