• Volunteered with the IRS VITA program at Fresno State. I assisted people from different backgrounds, including students, families, and seniors, by guiding them through the tax filing process and making sure their returns were accurate and complete.

•I successfully prepared and filed over 100 tax returns, including those with personal income, capital gains, interest income, and dividend income. This experience strengthened my knowledge of tax preparation, client communication, and attention to detail while helping people meet important financial deadlines.

• Managed and supervised the day-to-day transportation operations, making sure all trucks ran on time and followed safety rules and company policies. I kept track of delivery schedules, checked routes, and handled any issues that came up during the day to keep things running smoothly.
  
• Worked closely with drivers, dispatchers, and clients to make sure deliveries were made on time and without problems. I also helped plan routes to save fuel and reduce delays, while always keeping safety and customer satisfaction as top priorities.

• Designed and created signs, logos, and other branding materials for trucking companies to help them promote their business and look more professional.
• Worked closely with clients to understand their ideas and needs, improving customer service and communication skills while making sure they were happy with the final designs.
