Cargo Sales Manager
- Oversee key Domestic account relationships by gaining in-depth understanding of needs and interacting directly with key clients through consultative sales approach.
- Identify opportunities by researching industry and customers utilizing the CRM system and BI tools on a daily basis, develop and implement account specific action plans for key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing customers and develop relationships with key decision makers within top domestic accounts. Research and discover new sales opportunities to elevate revenue and market share.
- Manage client relationships through regular communication channels, ensure customer satisfaction by providing high quality service levels.
