Product Owner/Manager in an Agile environment, responsible for aligning the product roadmap with strategic goals, refining priorities, and defining milestones. Oversee end-to-end product development, including planning, refinement, development, testing, and sprint. Collaborate with stakeholders to organize and plan iterations. Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of Epics, Features, and user stories aligned with business needs. Translate functional and non-functional requirements into high-level technical specifications. Conduct refinement sessions and drive alignment with the product goal. Actively participate in architecture design and review code and applications to ensure process integrity. Provide user story acceptance based on defined criteria.

Hands-on experience coding and testing Mainframe applications and SAS modules. coordinating integration and system testing, resolving defects, and handling production incidents. Ensures code quality through code review and conducts user story demos.

Support to SAT/UAT team during the testing phase. Working along with Business and conducting E2E testing.
