JICA TPIS ERP project

 -Providing training to the mason regarding earthquake resistant residential house construction.

• Command supervision of retrofitting for the masonry and RCC building construction project funded by the Asian Development Bank from initiation phase to completion phase with international expertise from three different nations.
• Active Involvement in maintaining the site's quality standards, health, and safety standards, and making project reports to the supervisor led to quality assurance and active tracking of the project.
• Dispute resolution on site and focused on maintaining relationship between client and contractor.
• Verify the estimated amount of the work completed and forward the cost estimate.
• Coordinated with project manager, client, and contractor to ensure that the project deliverables were met.
• Ensure that the work performed in site along with materials utilized are as per design and specifications.
