I have successfully completed my twenty-four days of placement with toddlers age-group of children. While working here, I tried to learn and incorporated;

• Enhanced children`s learning by implementing hands-on activities and interactive lessons in early childhood education.
• Fostered a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promoted social-emotional growth and positive self-esteem among children.
• Facilitated small group instruction tailored to each child''s developmental level, focusing on targeted skills such reading, recognizing, sorting.
• Applied play-based strategies to provide diverse approaches to learning.
• Communicated with parents and other staff about children`s progress.
• Implemented developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum for children, creating positive, and safe classroom environments.
• Organized and supervised large and small group activities.
• Planned and executed activities to stimulate physical, social and intellectual growth.

I have successfully finished my seven weeks of placement with kindergarten age-group of children here. While working here I tried to learn and incorporate;

• Incorporated play-based learning into daily routines, allowing children to explore new concepts while developing essential motor skills and coordination.
• Created visually appealing classrooms displays showcasing student work samples that encouraged pride in accomplishments.
• Utilized evidence-based teaching strategies to foster critical thinking skills in young learners, promoting curiosity and engagement.
• Managed challenging behaviors effectively through the use of preventative strategies and consistent reinforcement of expectations, resulting in improved classroom dynamics.
• Partnered with families to share information about their child''s progress, offering guidance on at-home activities that supported classroom learning.

I have successfully completed my seven weeks of placement with infants age-group of children. While working here, I learned and incorporated;

• Collaborated with colleagues to develop and implement a curriculum focused on early literacy development.
• Fostered a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promoted social-emotional growth and positive self-esteem among infants.
• Sanitized toys and play equipment each day to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Maintained and fostered positive and constructive interactions with staff, families, and children.
• Gave one-on-one attention to children while maintaining overall focus on entire group.
• Changed diapers while being supervised at all times by an registered early childhood educator in the classroom.
