Work History

Victoria Router

Sysco Victoria
01.2018 - Current
  • FY23 Increased Pieces Per Km from 6.4 Q1 to 7.2 Q4 -12.5%
  • Achieved by Green routing the tail end of every route for efficiency, creating a lock stop book in collaboration with North Island Supervisor and locking the first five stops on each route
  • Created locked standards for remote islands alongside sales establishing consistent on-time deliveries for our clients
  • FY23 Decrease in Overtime FY22 14.26% to 11.83% FY23 - 17%
  • Attained through adjusting 1217 Roadnet account updates
  • Ranging from expanding delivery windows, cleaning old data, open close/time updates and collaborating with SC/DSMs on delivery day removals, based off STS Data and unused delivery days reporting
  • FY23 Increase in PPH from FY22 36.57 to 37.13 FY23 - 1.54%
  • Accomplished by introducing Tailgate drops three times a week and removing large CMU/Healthcare accounts off regular routes
  • This made am windows more attainable, leaving room for additional business to be onboarded
  • In partnership with Delivery Associates, Supervisors, and Sales, these accounts were fully unitized increasing our off-load rate resulting in less handling of product
  • FY24 Reconfigured route names and numbers for better reporting prior to nationwide SOP
  • Week 10 FY24 – Delivery service promptly reduced to aid operational expenses
  • Achieved by reducing service to Powell River, Lake Cowichan, Hornby/Denman Island and Mayne Island
  • Later reductions were applied to Gold River & Quadra Island
  • Based upon order volume, 927 unused delivery days were cleaned up in IDS, reducing unnecessary ordering habits and travel to accounts
