Training Manager - National rollout of BSM course

  • Myself and a group of 3 other managers from McDonald's in Canada met together in Toronto for a week to come up with a new training course for shift managers called BSM - Basic Shift Management
  • Once we got the whole course put together we would travel out to a city in Canada and teach the program to about 20 shift managers and 2 area consultants
  • At the end of the week we would hold a final exam and graduation for the participants
  • We would then book the next training of more managers in the same area a few months later, but this time the 2 consultants would teach the course to the 20 new managers, and we would have to certify them so they could teach the course moving forward
  • This job took me from Nanaimo, BC to Gander, NF with many stops in the middle
