As a barista, I prepared coffee, lattes and espresso quickly and effectively. Maintained a clean and professional appearance by delivering excellent customer service.

• Food Prep

Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetable and cutting meat. Undertake basic cooking duties such as creating sauces and air frying chicken and other meats. Prepared simpled dishes such as salads, entrees and garnishing. Maintaining clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces and taking out the trash as well.

• As the Head Barista, my goal was to make the customer experience exceptional by sharing the passion and enthusiasm you have for the Cafe, with every customer interaction. As a deputy to the cafe manager, I would coach, inspire and support an environment for baristas to grow and develop.
