When I joined Canadian Tire in 2014, there was no UX Practice.


Now I manage the UX Research Team with brings insights to the Strategy and Design arms of our Digital Customer Experience team and the organization as a whole.


  • Lead and define Generative and Evaluative research tracks which support product discovery and delivery initiatives
  • Triangulate data from both qualitative and quantitative inputs to provide actionable insights to product teams and stakeholders
  • Use Design Thinking methods to provide positive outcomes for our customers and business
