I was responsible for screening, nominating, and tracking Marines attending professional development courses to enhance their skills and operational readiness within the battalion. I assisted Operations Chiefs in coordinating and scheduling battalion-wide training events, ensuring all logistical needs were met for seamless execution. In addition, I supervised platoons during Combat Readiness Evaluations, ensuring they demonstrated proficiency in their roles and met mission objectives under pressure. I also managed the Command and Control Post, where I documented, tracked, and monitored the progress of training events in real-time, ensuring all tasks were completed on time and to the required standards.

As a security specialist with experience in high-stakes environments, I was trained to protect critical assets, including nuclear materials, on both land and sea. My responsibilities included escorting high-value assets and contracted personnel through secure and classified areas, ensuring their protection from potential threats. I conducted regular patrols to monitor and secure gates, cameras, and waterfronts, preventing tampering and unauthorized access. Skilled in the Use of Force, Close Quarters Battle, crowd and riot control, and both non-lethal and lethal weaponry, I responded effectively to various threats, both domestic and foreign. I was posted at Vehicle and Personnel Control Points, where I inspected vehicles and individuals to prevent the smuggling of contraband. Additionally, I set up and managed listening and observation posts across remote locations, monitoring for potential security breaches. As part of the Personnel Reliability Program, I maintained a high level of professionalism and consistently met performance standards. In a leadership role as Sergeant of the Guard, I oversaw the Waterfront Restricted Area, safeguarding over $20 billion in military assets. I led and managed 12 teams of Marines, ensuring the successful execution of security operations and training exercises. I also provided tactical guidance, coordinated with civilian contractors to enforce security protocols, and trained Marines in combat readiness, combat orders, and operational leadership. Additionally, I planned and coordinated tactical movements of personnel and equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
